Assignments and Timing

After first contact we meet the client for a detailed briefing session and discussion of the assignment and the qualifications sought. If both client and we agree to move on we produce an assignment brief of tasks and targets as well as the expected profile of the interim executive. We coordinate the content of the assignment brief with the client.


We then present the most suitable interim executive of our core team. In absence of a immediate solution within the team we identify a candidate via our network. Presentation of the interim executive will usually be within one to four weeks after agreement on the assignment brief.


A contract is then signed between the client and KCM.


The chosen executive instantly takes up the assignment which usually runs 3 to 18 months or, respectively, throughout the deal and/or investment phase. In the case of an interim assignment, we prepare regular review meetings as part of our monitoring.
