After having been Managing Director of Carl Hurth Maschinen- und Zahnradfabrik & Co. KG Hubertus Knaier was in charge of the German branch of an international group for change and interim management. He then helped to establish SG European Private Equity (Société Générale) in London as a senior consultant.
