KCM works with highly qualified and hand-picked managers of all industry segments. They have all worked on top management level and have mostly held successive leadership positions in different companies, including international experience.

We look for the right mixture of analytical, conceptional and implementation prowess as well as social competence.

We do not have a standardized introduction process. Admittance to the KCM pool of managers always includes a personal interview and reference checking.
